You will enter into a vital wellness practice, using the transformative power of art making to expand your heart and mind, and shift your wellbeing.
Each session includes a meditation or guided visualization, an art process and time for reflection. These sessions are held gently and mindfully in a studio in my beautiful leafy garden in Little Mowbray.
Courses happen 4 times per year, in the school terms. They are between 8 and 10 sessions per course. Morning and evening classes available.
No art experience necessary, everything is provided, just a willingness to go with the process and trust.
